Resident Council/Board Development & Support

Technical assistance and support will be provided to establish and sustain an active resident council organization and/or board.  Start-up guidance, training, and tools will be developed to address your organizational structure and goals.  On-going training and support will be provided as will effective management resources.  Residents and/or board members will receive the training and support necessary to participate in fundraising initiatives, facilitate Resident Directed Programs and assist as volunteers daily to maximize the amount of services provided.
